ANDES MINT COOKIES RECIPE

These easy Andes Mint Cookies are perfect for the holiday season!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 (15.25 ounce) package devils food cake mix
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 30 Andes Mints

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs.
3. Roll dough into a 1 inch ball and place on baking sheet.
4. Bake for 6-9 minutes.
