BROWNIE BATTER COFFEE ICE CREAM

Chocolate chips and brownie batter add a fun taste and texture to this easy no churn coffee ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 Tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 - 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 cup dry brownie mix
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 4 Tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the instant coffee over the whipping cream. Stir gently until dissolved. Beat on high until stiff peaks form.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until creamy. Slowly beat in the sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Fold the whipping cream into the cream cheese mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips gently.
