INGREDIENTS:
- 440g braising steak
- 400g tinned tomatoes
- 2 red peppers
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 250ml beef stock
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the beef into large chunks.
- Chop the onion and the red pepper into medium chunks.
- Put the beef, pepper and onion into the slow cooker and pour the tinned tomato over them.
- Add the tomato puree, garlic and paprika.
