Ingredients
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 2 T. unsalted butter - diced, cold
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese (shredded or block)
- 2 T. chives - chopped
- 6 oz. plain Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add eggs and boil 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Cube butter and toss in the freezer until needed. Cold better works best for biscuits!
